Everything was good, competent staff, marvellous location really close to all shops, restaurants, night life clubs, restaurants around town and Close to the local golf course. The breakfasts were hearty and savoury with even the bread and also fruit and great service.

We had a really amazing stay for one night.
our rooms were wonderfully decorated and spotless, with comfortable beds. the hotel had a particularly good location walking distance from moedergemeente church.

- There were 3 tea bags in the room: totally inadequate for 2 people staying for 3 nights. The supply should at least have been replenished daily. - No rooibos tea bags were provided. - The coffee provided was Ricoffy: I would have expected coffee of a far higher quality in a 4-star hotel. We went out and bought our own coffee. - No bath mat was provided. We requested one, and were told to use a hand towel. But no extra hand towel was provided for this purpose until the last day.

My stay was very relaxing here thanks to its family ambience. The staff was efficient, excellent. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect for me, right on the beach. What's more, it was adjacent to restuarants and shops.

Good location at heart of town, and convenient for visiting the Garden Route. Good breakfasts. Friendly staff.
Extremely cold bedroom, made worse by the sash window being ill fitting and the glass on the brink of falling out of the window frame. No action taken to get a joiner to fix it despite it being in dangerous condition. Owner seemed unconcerned at danger of injury to clients. Lack of razor power points in bedrooms/bathrooms.
